Raise your glass and your spirits

Front Porch Punch
Sip on this sweet blend of whiskey and grenadine while you sit a spell on a front porch rocking chair. Grab a lemon for the garnish, and a grapefruit for freshly squeezed juice. Then get outside to catch the sunset and some fireflies.

The 19th Hole
You don’t have to like golf to enjoy the 19th Hole. A watering hole favorite, its scotch base sets up a long drive and lands in an orange twist. Tap in some almond-flavored liqueur, and you’ve got yourself a 19th Hole. No mulligans needed.

Captain’s Sidecar
A sure sign of summer is seeing the motorcycles hit the roads. Make your own version with The Sidecar, a cocktail mixed with brandy and orange liqueur. Pour it from the martini shaker into a sugar-rimmed glass and top it with an orange wheel for some extra rev!
Marmalade Martini
Move over, mimosas and Bloody Marys. There’s a new brunch drink in town. Marmalade Martinis add a touch of class to your eggs Benedict and french toast. With fresh lemon juice and orange marmalade mixed in, all that citrus will give you a nice little wake-up call. Find a nice shaded spot on the patio and add a sweet bouquet from the Floral department to set the scene.

Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade
This one is best enjoyed with pruny fingers. After a day by the water, whip up a batch of this no-nonsense spiked lemonade. Start with sweet, in-season blackberries (so you don’t have to add sugar when you muddle). Top it off with simple syrup, lemon juice, and bourbon, and it’s done in ten minutes flat.

Bubbly Raspberry Spritzer
Pop the bubbly! This spritzer is ideal for a summertime celebration, like a grown-up birthday bash or block party. The tartness of citrus juice blends well with a pour of rum and a splash of prosecco. Add a fragrant mint leaf for a touch of fancy, and enjoy!

Raspberry Lemonade (Non-alcoholic)
If bubbly or spirits aren’t your cup of tea, have a cup of lemonade. Or raspberry lemonade, if you’re feeling adventurous. Raspberries are in season during the summer, and when they’re combined with Publix-brand lemonade and sprigs of basil, it’s like drinking a full glass of freshness.

Ray of Sunshine
On a warm day, there’s nothing like sipping on a fresh Ray of Sunshine. Start with tequila and agave nectar, and add a splash of club soda and fresh lemon juice for a burst of bright flavors. Before you enjoy your Ray of Sunshine, make certain to apply plenty of SPF.
